Ways to work with Laura

Sessions are a space for you to slow down, feel supported, and begin to understand what’s
been happening for you - both emotionally and physically.

Each session is guided by what feels most relevant for you on the day, and we work at a pace
that feels safe to you and manageable.

Getting started

We’ll begin by talking about what’s been going on for you and what you’d like support with. From there, we gently explore what your body may be holding and work to support your system in creating shifts that feel natural and sustainable.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.

Session options

  • Initial session (90 minutes) - for all new clients

    A longer session that allows time to explore what’s been happening for you, understand your goals, and begin working together in a supported and unhurried way.

  • Follow-up session (60 or 90 minutes) - for all returning clients

Ongoing sessions to continue building on the work we’ve started.

These sessions support you to deepen awareness, integrate changes, and continue working with whatever is present for you.

Investment

Initial session: $165 (90 minutes).

Follow up sessions: $130 (60 minutes) and $150 (90 minutes).

Packages

You’re welcome to book sessions one at a time, or choose a package if it feels supportive for you.

Kinesiology often works as a gentle unfolding over time. Choosing a package can help create a sense of continuity, allowing your body and mind to build on each session and settle into the process. It can also be a way of making a quiet commitment to yourself and your wellbeing.

There’s a small discount available when booking a package of 3 or 6 sessions. Some people find this helpful when they know they’d like ongoing support, while others prefer to take things one session at a time.

You’re invited to choose what feels right for you - there’s no pressure, just an option if it feels aligned. If a package feels right to you, please mention it to Laura at your first session.

Frequency of sessions

Some people come for a few sessions around a specific issue, while others choose to come more regularly for ongoing support. We can decide together what feels right for you - there’s no set path you need to follow.

Booking

If you’re ready to begin, you’re very welcome to book a session. If you’re unsure or would like to ask a few questions first, you’re also welcome to contact me.

Location

All sessions are held in person in my private home clinic space in Williamstown. The address will be provided on booking.

Booking your session

You can book your session online using the booking calendar. Just choose a time that feels right for you and follow the prompts.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation by email and text.

If you can’t find a time that works for you, please reach out via email (laura.hallisey@outlook.com) as I may have other dates or after hours appointments available on request.

Before your first session

After booking, I’ll send you an intake form to complete before we meet. This is simply to get a sense of what’s been going on for you, and anything you’d like me to be aware of.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Everything you share is kept private and confidential.

Reminders

You’ll receive an automatic reminder a couple of days before your appointment. If this is your first session, you’ll also be reminded of the intake form.
You don’t need to do anything else - just arrive at your session time.

Payment

Payment is made on the day of your session. You’re welcome to pay by:

  • Card

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer (details will be provided).

Changes to your booking

If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can use the link in your confirmation message, or reach out directly. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the session fee.

A gentle note

Your session time is held just for you. I understand that things can come up - if something unexpected happens, you’re always welcome to reach out and we can work it out together.
