FAQs

I’ve never tried kinesiology before and feel a little nervous - what can I expect?
It’s completely okay to feel this way. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are.

We’ll begin with a gentle conversation about what’s been going on for you and what feels important to focus on. From there, we’ll set a simple intention for the session.

You’ll remain fully clothed, resting on the table, while we use muscle monitoring to notice how your body responds. This helps us gently identify where stress may be held.

From there, I’ll guide the session using techniques that support your body to come back into balance, working with whatever feels ready in the moment.

Do I need to know what I want to work on?
Not at all. You might come with something specific, or simply a sense that you’d like support.

We can explore what feels most relevant during the session.

How might I feel afterwards?
Everyone’s experience is different. You might feel calmer, lighter, more energised, or simply more aware.

Sometimes things continue to unfold in the days that follow, so it can help to gently notice what comes up.

Is there anything I should do after a session?
If you can, allow for a slower pace afterwards. Rest, hydration, and gentle self-care can help your body integrate the session.

What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax easily.

How many sessions will I need?
This will look different for everyone. Some people notice shifts early on, while others prefer ongoing support.

You might begin with a few sessions and then decide what feels right for you. There’s no pressure. This is about finding a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable
