What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a natural and holistic modality that looks at the mind and body connection. It helps to relieve stress and bring your body, mind and energy back into balance. It is a gentle and non-invasive technique.

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle monitoring to identify stress in the body. It draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine and can include a range of techniques including acupressure points, energy healing, mind body medicine, crystals, chakra and sound and colour therapy.

What is Mind Body Medicine?

Mind body medicine explores the relationship between the mind and the body. It looks at the meaning of specific symptoms, patterns of behaviour and how they impact the physical body.
