You may be carrying stress, feeling disconnected, or noticing that something isn’t quite working the way it used to. Or you may not have clear words for it yet - just a sense that something needs attention.
However it shows up for you, there is space to begin.
Space to pause, reflect, and explore at your own pace
Kind Self Wellness offers one-to-one sessions designed to support you in understanding your experiences and finding ways to move forward that feel right for you. This is a space for people of all genders, identities, and backgrounds. There is no expectation to share more than you’re comfortable with, no pressure to have a clear goal, and no single “right” way to approach the process. You are invited to engage in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
What you can expect
Sessions offer a calm, respectful environment where you can take the time you need to think, reflect, and speak openly - if and when you choose to.
Some people find clarity quickly. For others, the process is slower and more gradual. Both are valid.
Over time, you may begin to notice:
a greater sense of clarity and steadiness
more awareness of your responses and needs
increased confidence in making choices that feel right for you
There is no pressure to reach a particular outcome - only space to explore what matters to you.

I offer 1:1 sessions designed to help you explore what’s going on for you in a practical, supportive way.
In our work together, we might:
slow things down and make sense of what you’re experiencing
identify patterns that are keeping you stuck
develop tools to manage stress, emotions, and challenges
create small, meaningful shifts that build over time
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you understand yourself and find what works for you.

Hi, I’m Laura.
I’m a qualified practitioner in kinesiology and mind-body medicine, and I created Kind Self Wellness to offer a space that feels steady, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
My approach is grounded in understanding how stress affects both the brain and body—and how change happens more sustainably when we work with the nervous system, not against it.
You won’t be pushed, analysed, or expected to “fix” yourself here.
We work together, at a pace that feels manageable.
